And that seems to be the case with The Bold and the Beautiful star Sean Kanan, who is best known for his role as Deacon Sharpe on the hit CBS soap. Just recently, the handsome actor sat down with Soap Opera Digest and opened up about some of his likes and his dislikes. You’ll actually be surprised with some of the things he’s said! In his interview with the publication, Sean was asked about his least favorite vegetable. He answered with, “I would have to say raw broccoli. Cooked broccoli is fine, but not raw.”

Now, as far as what kind of business he would open if cost were not a factor, he said, “I would open a restaurant. I’ve always thought about the idea of upscale comfort food — simple food with an elegant flair.”

Sean is also not against adding a luxury feature to his house. He said, “I’ve always fancied the idea of having sort of a very masculine library/billiards room, probably with a secret passage and a domed roof of stained glass. I do love to read and the idea of having just a beautiful fireplace and comfortable chair sounds awesome.”

The Bold and the Beautiful: Sean Is Learning Mandarin!

When asked what acting job is not on his resume, the actor said, “My pivotal turn as Mercutio in Romeo And Juliet in the fourth grade, and I also played Ebenezer Scrooge in sixth grade.”

And believe it or not, Sean is learning a new foreign language. He said, “I’ve been studying Mandarin for the last two and a half years.”
