Drew Cain’s Changed Behavior
GH spoilers for the week of January 15 reveal that Drew will continue making decisions that have his loved ones concerned. Sam has already seen Drew’s explosive reactions to their daughter’s education. Even though Drew apologized, that’s not the only thing that Sam has noticed.
Meanwhile, Carly has also noticed some changes in Drew. Carly even brought up to Drew that his recent business decisions are out of character for him.
However, Drew reasoned that prison changed him. Now, fans know that Drew is having “emotional aftereffects” of the prison beating, per an interview with Soap Opera Digest.

Expect one must-see moment for the week of January 15 to include Sam and Carly talking about the changes in Drew. The women will end up comparing notes.
Is it possible that with Carly and Elizabeth “Liz” Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) recently bonding, could the nurse get roped into Drew’s storyline?
Of course, that would get Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) involved. Finn could use a good medical mystery to bring the character back to life again.
Sonny Corinthos’ Kill Order
General Hospital spoilers for the week of January 15 reveal that Sonny ordered Dex to kill Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober). Dex tried to reason with Sonny.
When Dex stayed silent, Sonny coerced him into saying yes. Eventually, Dex agreed and plans to put something in Cyrus’ IV at the hospital. Before leaving for the hospital, Dex sent a goodbye message to Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy).
Meanwhile, expect Sonny to reconsider his order. Sonny will end up racing against the clock to stop Dex before it’s too late.
If Dex follows through, some Port Charles’ residents might consider him a hero. However, Dex will surely end up in prison and lose the life he’s currently building. So, can Sonny stop Dex or is it already too late?

During the week of January 15, expect Esme to face the judge. Even though Esme has the support of Laura, that might change. In the upcoming week, Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) makes a confession to Laura.
