Y&R Spoilers Update Wednesday, January 10: Ashley Warned, Jordan Torments Claire, Victor’s Mind Games With Adam & Nick
The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, January 10 tease that Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) continues to be haunted by her collusion with evil Aunt Jordan (Colleen Zenk).
She keeps having nightmares about Jordan and rightfully so. Claire’s dreams also feature her parents Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) not accepting her and lashing out because she tried to kill the Newman family.
No matter how much Victoria and Cole try to assure her that she is loved and accepted, Claire has trouble believing them.
Y&R spoilers: Clair Confronts Jordan
That’s why they aren’t sure what to do when Claire asks to visit Jordan in jail. Claire wants closure, and Cole has no problem with the idea.
But Victoria isn’t sure this is a good idea. Especially since Claire is still in a delicate emotional state.
When Victoria offers to go with Claire for this jail visit, Claire resists. According to Claire she wants to confront Jordan about kidnapping and brainwashing her. What could go wrong?

Explosive show spoilers indicate that Claire gets her way later in the week. And you won’t believe who helps her to achieve her problematic wish—Victor Newman (Eric Braeden).
Victor arranges for Claire to see Jordan in jail. Is this such a good idea given that Claire was her psychological hostage for 20 years and is a master manipulator? We shall see, but fans should expect Claire to be hit with a ton of emotions she may not be prepared to process.

Meanwhile, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) present their collaboration idea to Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). He is pleased, but not done with the mind games.
On Wednesday Victor throws another challenge at his sons who are doing their best to remain civil to each other while in the roles of co-CEOs. Is it possible he pushes them too far, or is he simply being the best dad he knows how to be?

Elsewhere, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) warns his sister Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) about slimy Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) for the umpteenth time.
Is anyone else wondering why Ashley is being written like a frightened rabbit these days instead of the strong and capable chemist/businesswoman she is? There could be a terrifying reason for this if her memories of Tucker’s behavior in Paris are correct!
