General Hospital spoilers and updates for Tuesday, December 19 tease plans derailed, pleas for help and promises from threats!
Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) plans are derailed, Nina Reeves Corinthos (Cynthia Watros) makes pleas for help and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) turns threats into promises kept.
General Hospital Spoilers: Amends
At the Quartermaine mansion, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) is determined to make amends, and nothing is going to stop her from making things right.
Brook Lynn is talking to her parents, Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) and Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) about her grandmother buying out Deception Cosmetics for her.
Brook Lynn wants to continue her music management career, not become a business mogul, and she wants to give Deception back to its rightful owner.
Brook Lynn has to find a way to turn the company back to Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) so they can run it how they see fit. But they’ve had to fight Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) over every decision and it’s not right.
GH Spoilers: Challenges
Meanwhile, at the Metro Court, Lucy’s being challenged by old friend Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) not to give up. He asks if she’s going to roll over and let Tracy win?
Not if Lucy can help it-but it’s a monumental task trying to get Deception Cosmetics back. She was basically blackmailed into giving up her one share of ELQ over it and then Tracy swooped in and stole her company.
Lucy doesn’t like fighting Tracy over every business decision either, but as it is, Tracy’s the one in control.
General Hospital Spoilers: Family Issues
Martin Gray, (Michael E. Knight) Laura Collins (Genie Francis) and Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) are outside in the park and Cyrus looks rather defeated. Laura tries to encourage her black sheep brother and asks him if he’ll do something for her.
All three look rather like they’ve received some sad and sobering news.
Martin looks like he’s come from singing in a choir with a choir robe on. Maybe Laura wants Cyrus to prove his faith by coming to a Christmas church service.
GH Spoilers: Plans Derailed
At the docks, Dante and Anna’s plans are about to be derailed, as Anna says of WSB Director John Brennan (Charles Mesure) “that all changes tonight-he’s going down”!
Little do they know they the hunters have become the hunted, and Roman Hume (Mark Englehardt) has had hackers tracking everywhere they’ve been through security systems.
Dante didn’t think the morgue had security cameras but General Hospital, where the county morgue apparently is, does. They know everywhere Anna and Dante have been and what they have done, and they’ll soon be ducking for cover.
General Hospital Spoilers: Pleas For Help
Elsewhere at Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) apartment, Nina makes pleas for help. She is nearly in tears as she tells Ava she needs her help before her world keeps crashing down.
Nina is being blackmailed over the SEC report she made about Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) through Martin by both Ned and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell).
Michael is blackmailing her with controlling her access to Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) and her grandchildren and Ned is blackmailing her to be a corporate spy of Michael.
Either way, the truth will come out to Sonny, and she’s afraid her marriage will be over if he finds out. Perhaps the best thing she could do is get ahead of it and confess her mistakes herself.
GH Spoilers: Promises Kept
Meanwhile, Sonny has kept promises he warned Cyrus first as threats as he shuts him down. Sonny may have gotten Cyrus fired from his job at the Port Charles Grille as he says he’s already been replaced.
Cyrus’ job was his alibi for denial of being the one who killed Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth). Cyrus having a job may have been part of his parole restrictions so now what’s he going to do?
