The Young and the Restless Spoilers: The Newmans Failed To Save Nikki

The Young and the Restless spoilers say that the Newmans clearly have failed to save their wife and mother, Nikki. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers: The Newmans Failed To Save Nikki

During the latest episode of The Young and the Restless, it’s clear as day that Nikki Newman has fallen off the wagon and that no one in her family is trying to save her. Because of her entire hostage ordeal with Claire and Aunt Jordan, she’s now drinking again. Yet, it seems like there’s no one – including Victor, Nikki or Victoria – that could have helped take her to rehab for her alcoholism.

Many The Young and the Restless fans have had a lot to say about the matter on social media. Some have even commented with, “This is the aftermath of wicked Aunt Jordan. Her family should have realized that she needed to get to AA immediately,” along with, “Lol well we all knew it was going to happen. All it took was feeding her a little alcohol through her veins and next thing we know she’s downing bottles of vodka like it was the last supper. Yeah she’s back on the sauce hard.”

Another The Young and the Restless fan wrote, “The family knew that Claire got Nikki drinking again, did they think she could just go home & be sober again? Why is there any alcohol in the home of an alcoholic anyway? Nikki should have gone to a facility for alcoholics right away!”

And then there was this comment as well: “Why didn’t they put Nikki in rehab? I know it wasn’t her choice to have that alcohol put in her system but it has awakened her need to have more. And it is another reason the Sheila label switch story with Brooke fell so flat. There was no real fallout for an alcoholic falling off the wagon. She didn’t drink again after that night, which was really lamé writing.”

Of course, fans will have to tune in to find out what will happen next. Watch this space for more drama to come. The Young and the Restless airs weekdays on the CBS network. Check your local listings for times.
