Here’s Why Kate Middleton Has Been Making Changes Following Queen Elizabeth’s Death
This royal is doing things her way, regardless of whether people like it or not. There’s no doubt that a lot of people have noticed that the Kate Middleton they see today is certainly not the same Kate Middleton that they saw back when Queen Elizabeth was still alive. In fact, it seems like the Princess of Wales has made a lot of radical changes in her life ever since the Queen passed away. She seems to be more independent than she was before as she’s doing more royal engagements and public appearances without her husband Prince William by her side. Here’s what you need to know.
Here’s Why Kate Middleton Has Been Making Changes Following Queen Elizabeth’s Death
Many royal fans and critics alike keep saying that the Princess of Wales definitely looks more comfortable whenever she’s during solo events. And that’s exactly what she has been doing these last few weeks.
It seems like the Princess of Wales has been making changes because she doesn’t want to deal with her husband’s tantrums anymore. One royal staffer has said that Kate Middleton has not been feeling like her regular self and that’s mostly because of all the fighting she’s endured within her marriage, supposedly. The tipster said, “Kate’s really been through the wringer lately. The way William treats her is just awful, and it’s been really hard on her. She’s such a strong person, but even she has her breaking point.”
If that weren’t enough, fans have been calling Kate a royal rebel, too. Back in April, many fans noticed that the Princess of Wales was wearing what looked like red nail polish for Easter. This is the first time she’s ever worn red on her fingernails since she married Prince William back in 2011. Talk about a rule breaker, right?

And because she’s such a royal rule breaker, some people are even calling her the next Princess Diana. Royal expert and author Camilla Tominey has even said, “As the wife and mother of a future king, Kate, 40, is now the Diana figure that we have been missing since the Princess of Wales title was set aside with her death 25 years ago – highly photogenic, deeply maternal and with a likeability that appeals to people from all walks of life.”
