According to the latest The Young and the Restless spoilers, Adam rushes Sally to the emergency room after she complains of having severe pain. Unfortunately, he’s given the worst possible news. When Elena Dawson comes out of Sally’s room, she tells Adam that they couldn’t save his baby. Adam is left absolutely devastated with the news as this was not the outcome that he was prepared for. He truly was looking forward to starting a family with Sally, despite the circumstances surrounding her pregnancy and their relationship.
