That’s because the First Lady of the United States just doesn’t like to put herself in a position where she’s forced to explain herself or worse, defend herself as well.
And that’s exactly what happened when she made a speech at the White House in front of her husband, President Donald Trump.
Melania said that one of her husband’s greatest qualities was that he was empathetic, and that’s when the crowd burst out in laughter.
Sure, it was a light-hearted moment that even the media picked up on, but for Melania Trump, she just hates being put in that position.
As much as she knows that her husband is not very emphatic, she just doesn’t want to be laughed at in front of a room full of people.
Yet, that’s exactly what happened and one of the reasons why Melania also doesn’t like speaking in public, and especially if she doesn’t have to.
Being a public figure is hard enough, but being mocked or not taken seriously in front of a group of people is just something the First Lady doesn’t want to deal with anymore.

For Melania Trump, the easiest thing that she can do is just count down the days until her husband’s term in office is over.
But at the same time, she knows that she’s still got a lot of time before that happens.
As much as Melania wants to just live a private life and be done with all of this already, she can’t.
Being the wife of President Donald Trump might have its perks, but it’s also the hardest job she’s ever had in her life, too.
