The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers: Sheila And Li Form Alliance – Luna’s Life Creates Bond
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers document that Sheila Carter Sharpe (Kimberlin Brown) solved the latest mystery more quickly than she did the first one.
Li Nozawa (Naomi Matsuda) kept John Finn Finnegan’s (Tanner Novlan) status a secret for a longer period than she did Luna Nozawa’s (Lisa Yamada).
Devoted viewers recall that Doctor Nozawa violated her medical oath and broke various laws by claiming her adopted son died after being shot by Sheila years ago in soap-time. Eventually, Brown’s character determined that something was suspicious and discovered Li was keeping Finn alive at a clandestine location.
This time, Sheila uncovered Li’s attempt to conceal another claimed death. She followed the good doctor from University Hospital to the small room where Li had been caring for the never-dead Luna.
Being In The Right Place In Los Angeles
What were the odds that Sheila would just so happen to be at the hospital when Li was there gathering medical supplies?
Well, in daytime, those odds were one-to-one. That fateful fortune also served to push the plot, as Li bumped into Sheila and dropped the supplies on the floor. One bottle was left behind, with Sheila’s medical backstory as a nurse proving fruitful.
Sheila knew that the specific medicine Li was using was linked to the mysterious absence of Luna’s body. Sheila’s run-in with a lab technician also proved useful.
That hospital lab technician, April (no last name known for the character played by Jamison Belushi, who is the daughter of actor Jim Belushi.
He’s the brother of late actor and comedy icon John Belushi), checked the hospital’s computer and found it odd that there was no record of where Luna’s remains were located.
Li Nozawa Felt Bad For Her Niece
Li long loathed Poppy Nozawa (Romy Park). She believed her younger sister led a reckless life and was reprehensible.
Matsuda’s character suspected her sister had an affair with Jack Finnegan (Ted King) decades ago. As it turned out, Poppy was innocent of that allegation. However, she did have an inappropriate relationship with Finn when he was starting college, which is how Luna was born.
Li’s brief period of reconciliation with Poppy ended when she learned about Luna’s paternity.
Luna later went berserk, killing two people and trying to kill Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). Luna’s amazing release from jail, pardon, and additional shootings led to her seeming death, which sparked Li’s latest extreme protective effort.
Sheila Carter Sharpe Is On Board
Li and Sheila bonded after Luna was believed to have died. They did so because of their love for Yamada’s character.
Sheila was surprised by the heart-to-heart talk Li had with her at Il Giardino. That conversation included Li recognizing that Sheila was the only other person to offer compassion to Luna.
So, a nice summer twist appears to exist. Unless circumstances skew in a different direction, which is possible, Sheila is in a position to team with Li to aid in Luna’s continued secret recovery.
