Nancy, who is no longer using X (formerly Twitter) but has decided to use Facebook as her new favorite social media platform, shared an important message for her fans and followers.
Nancy wrote, “A thought to share. We are going through some uncomfortable changes and unpredictable times. This is why I think Soap Opera’s have more value than ever.”
“They are constant, familiar, dependable, safe and harmless. I’m so grateful to be on @generalhospitalabc and in community with the other soaps as well as the best audience in show biz. #gh #YandR #BoldandBeautiful #Daysofourlives.”
It goes without saying that the internet certainly did have a lot to say about the matter. Some even included, “Soap operas have been my port in the storm when times have been stressful since 1978. GH, by far, is my favorite thing to watch.”
“Watching your deeply emotional performances in the wake of Sam’s death on the show has been a welcome distraction from the world.”
Another fan wrote, “Every day, same time. My time for me. I’ve been watching for 55 plus years! My first memory was Jessie Brewer on trial for murder. They hid the gun in the back of the toilet. It was in black and white. Nancy, you are killing it this year!”
