Newest Additions
Days of Our Lives fans learned that Brytni Sarpy, best known for her roles on General Hospital (ex-Valerie Spencer) and The Young and the Restless (ex-Elena Dawson), will be entering Salem.
As of this writing, the character she’ll be playing is hush-hush. Fans can expect to see Sarpy enter the canvas sometime in 2027.
With that said, there’s a new character debut happening this week! Actor Brandon Butler is slated to debut as Mason Whitfield during the Tuesday, September 1 episode.
Butler once played Zack Brady, Hope William Brady (Kristian Alfonso) and Bo Brady’s (Peter Reckell) late son, in 2025.
Welcome Back, Maggie Kiriakis!
Days of Our Lives spoilers confirm that Suzanne Rogers, who plays Maggie Kiriakis, will return to the canvas during the week of August 31.
Rogers was off for a lengthy hiatus due to a health issue. Still, Maggie is finally back in town, amidst major turmoil, as her late husband’s company, Titan, tanks and the Kiriakis mansion is sold to an “Italian” billionaire. Can anyone save the day for the family?
More Casting Notes
This week, Salem is having a daddy-daughter dance, so fans can expect to see a slew of younger castmates grace the screen.
Charlotte DiMera, played by Pippa Blaylock, will be on hand with her father, Chad DiMera (Conner Floyd), while Victoria Kiriakis, played by Angelica Nero, will go with her daddy, Xander Kiriaksi (Paul Telfer).
Rachel Black, played by Lorelei Olivia Mote, will also be at the party with her dad, Brady Black (Eric Martsolf).
Last but not least, Days fans can expect to see Maggie Carney get more airtime this week as Rita Lesley is back in storylines.
