Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Lani’s Return Shakes Up Paulina’s Story, Daughter Forces Mom’s Wild Confession?
Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) and Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) will be moving back to Salem with the twins soon.
That’s amazing news for Eli and Lani’s loved ones, but this could also bring complications for Paulina Price (Jackée Harry).
Although Paulina will be thrilled to see her eldest daughter again, Days spoilers suggest it won’t take Lani long to realize something’s up. Lani may sense that Paulina isn’t quite herself and start pushing for more information.
Paulina may make excuses and try to avoid telling Lani what’s up, but what if Lani doesn’t let this slide? DOOL fans know Lani can be pretty persistent when she wants to be.
Lani might offer a reminder that Paulina spent decades covering up the fact that she was Lani’s biological mother. Perhaps Lani will insist she thought they were done keeping secrets by now.
That could guilt-trip Paulina into telling Lani the real story about why she’s so out of sorts. Days writers could choose to bring Lani in the loop here.
The truth is that Paulina knows EJ DiMera (Dan Feurriegel) has a resurrection experiment underway involving Lexie Carver (Nikki Crawford), Abe Carver’s (James Reynolds) former wife.
Paulina could really use a confidant who isn’t blackmailing her like EJ, so she might finally break down and tell Lani everything. Of course, Paulina might also hope she can count on Lani to keep quiet.
Lani might understand why it’s risky to get Abe and Theo Carver’s (Tyler Joseph Andrews) hopes up, but she may still think it’s wrong to keep them in the dark.
It’s possible Lani will deliver an ultimatum and insist Paulina needs to come clean to Abe and Theo or else she’ll do it for her. Lani might play hardball if she feels strongly that Theo and Abe need to know what’s going on.
On the other hand, it’s possible Lani will keep the secret along with Paulina and face some backlash as well once the truth comes out.
Whatever the case, it’ll be nice to have Lani back in Salem for more Days drama, including the aftermath of Lexie waking up.
