The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers: Dylan’s Chemistry With Will Explodes — Electra’s Fears Confirmed
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers document that Melissa Dylan (Sydney Bullock) is a threat to Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace).
What initially seemed like an overly heightened response to Will Spencer’s (Crew Morrow) house guest is more than that.
It was natural for Electra to remain super sensitive to any woman who is interacting with Will other than his family and people she knows. The Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) horror played out for months and only recently ended.
It is rather ironic and perfectly soapy that Melissa accidentally hit and killed Luna during the episode that proved to be Nozawa’s swan song on the show. Although it’s fair to wonder if Bullock’s character is telling the whole truth about that hit-and-no-run incident.
Melissa Dylan Realizes A First Name
Bullock’s addition to the cast happened last year. Introduced as Hayes Finnegan’s (Bryan David Garlick) summer art teacher, Dylan had no last name.
It’s not unusual for temporary or side characters not to have full names. However, Dylan’s return to the show in recent months clearly indicated that she was going to play a regular part in the show.
A January reveal of her first name affirms the status of this character as meaningful. It also makes it possible that Melissa will become more than the unfortunate young lady who’s out of work and lives in the garage apartment on the beachfront property that Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) is allowing his youngest son to live in.
Will Spencer Is Committed To His Girlfriend
There is no wordplay between Will and Electra. They are boyfriend and girlfriend. Based on their ages, there’s nothing wrong with terming this duo in that way.
But what would Dylan be, assuming that she and Will develop a romantic connection?
The other woman would be one term that could be used at that point in the plot. But Electra’s aunt, Ivy Forrester (Ashleigh Brewer), will likely apply another moniker to Melissa. Teasers show Ivy looking in through Will’s window at a most awkward time.
What Ivy sees isn’t exactly what she thinks it means. Melissa did try to avoid being in Will’s proximity, but Morrow’s character insisted she disregard Electra’s warnings. That’s trouble, regardless of what Will thinks or Melissa wants.
Electra Forrester Has A New Alternative
It just so happened that as Melissa is perceived as a threat and may be that, an unexpected option for Electra appeared. RJ Forrester (Brayan Nicoletti) is back in Los Angeles, California, and isn’t leaving anytime soon.
He clearly likes Electra and, like his father, has no tolerance for the Spencer brand. Will is a long way from Bill and made a direct statement to RJ about them not repeating their father’s mistakes.
However, a classic soap opera triangle or even two triangles are being drawn. The audience should expect building conflict in daytime.
