The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that a lot of people can’t help but wonder if Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace) might be another bad casting on the show.
Is Electra Forrester Another Bad Casting?
There have been some The Bold and the Beautiful critics who think Laneya might be taking her character in a direction that doesn’t really fit well with who Electra really is.
Then again, everyone has been saying the exact same thing about Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) for well over a year now.
Of course, many B&B fans certainly did have a lot to say about the matter.
Some even commented with, “I’ve grown to like Rebecca Budog as Taylor now that she isn’t trying to get Ridge. But, she isn’t as glamorous as the previous Taylor and she is so different from her that I see her as a completely different character. Get rid of Ivy. Not a fan of Electra.”
Another critic wrote, “Electra is a new and young character on the show. Her character is written as a young woman with morals. They would have to turn her character into a villain for her to do anything outrageous. Electra punching Luna in the face and calling the cops is as good as it gets.”
What’s Next For Electra?
And then there was this comment as well: “I like Electra. She plays an innocent young woman with integrity & morals. The show needs that contrast — good vs. evil that’s the drama.”
“Rebecca Budig is awful as Taylor. I’ve never seen someone so miscast in a role before. It’s so painful to watch.”
It goes without saying that The Bold and the Beautiful fans will have to tune in each and every day to find out what will happen next.

The show has really taken a turn for the worst! They waste entire shows recapping or on meaningless crap. This Taylor is not classy nor believable & not a good fit for the part at all 🙃
Electra & will need to get something going on or someone does…the show has become lazy & not enjoyable to watch. You can actually skip entire weeks worth of episodes and not lose a thing! Beyond the Gates is at least classy, great actors and lots going on! What happened to Bold & Beautiful??? Are they purposely trying to wreck it? If so, they are doing a bang up job
When Electra and Will first bumped into each other, that was a very well done young love build-up and very innocent. It was refreshing to see that genuine love at first sight work up and was needed after RJ and Luna ended for obvious reasons. Electra is the youth that the show needs; it’s Ivy’s CONSTANT complaining about Will that is the tiresome trope that needs to end. But to Ivy’s credit, every time she succinctly states “Deep fake NUDES” it is a LOL moment to be sure.
