Prince Harry And Meghan Markle Aren’t Invited To Sandringham This Christmas: Here’s Why

For years now, Prince Harry has been missing out on one of the few royal traditions he loves: the big family Christmas gathering at Sandringham Castle. I mean, who wouldn’t fancy such a thing?
A great number of family members gathered in one place, with the children all running about and playing games in the vast grounds.
Naturally, no one can blame Harry for carrying a deep fondness for this annual gathering, or even wishing that his children can get to experience the joy that comes with enjoying a big family Christmas.
However, if this dream were ever to come true, it’s sadly not coming true this year. I guess one of Santa’s helpers screwed up the wishlist again this year.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Won’t Be Missed At Christmas Gathering
Even though a lot happened this year to make anyone guess that the Sussexes won’t be missing from the Sandringham invites this year – Harry and pa drank tea and caught up in September, didn’t they? – this appears not to be the case. The Royal feud remains stretched and taut even in the face of Harry’s reconciliation pleas.
As a result of this, royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams boldly told The Express that Harry and Meghan “are not likely to be missed!”
Reason? Fitzwilliams goes on to add, “This year, as the thoughts of many around the Commonwealth and the wider world turn to the royal family at Christmas, especially given King Charles‘ health struggle and with Catherine in remission, the Sussexes will noticeably be absent yet again,” Mr Fitzwilliams elaborated.
“They will doubtless enjoy Christmas in California. But considering how erratically and destructively they have behaved since Megxit, they are not likely to be missed.”
Even though the feud persists, Fitzwilliams couldn’t dismiss Harry’s sincere love when it comes to the Christmas gathering. “Harry does write warmly of Christmas memories in his ill-judged memoir, Spare,” the royal expert noted.
What Prince Harry Has Said of Christmas At Sandringham
Christmas at Sandringham always manages to fill Harry with fond happy memories.
One of those is what he terms a “free for all” gift opening tradition derived from the Germans.
He remembers the beautiful chaos that happens when everyone would tear through their presents at the same time.
“A free-for-all, with scores of family members talking at once and pulling at bows and tearing at wrapping paper,” he recounted.
