And while a lot of fans are shocked that Luna got a pardon despite the fact that she murdered two men and almost tried to kill Steffy Forrester, some people think that Bill Spencer might be behind it.

That’s because Luna has been spending her house arest at the Spencer mansion. But it doesn’t look like it’s Bill who is behind this sudden and very magical pardon that has given Luna her freedom. 

For Bill to be behind it would be just too easy of a guess, right? 

As our readers can imagine, the internet certainly did have a lot to say about where this storylien is headed.

Some even commented with, “No governor is pardoning a 21 year old double murderer and kidnapper who has spent barely 5 minutes in jail for their crimes. This would destroy their public image.”

“The home detention story was already ludicrous, but this was beyond the pale. Incredibly lazy and ridiculous writing from B&B. It’s hard to believe this is the same show from the 80s and 90s. It used to be so good.”

Another critic wrote, “My guess is that the a/c – stalker kid hacked the system and got the pardon. She’ll end up living with him to be close to grandma Sheila.”

And then tehre was this comment as well: “Are they just really lazy and phoning it in these days? Why would she be pardoned? At least if there was something medically wrong with her that could explain that her actions weren’t of someone of sound mind then I could see it.”
