The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, July 23 tease that cheated-on Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) encourages Adam Newman to grill his dad Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) about his future at NE.
Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) is also there to talk about what comes next. Victor does what he does best and shocks the heck out of his family by dropping a bombshell.
To wit, Victor is buying a top-notch company for his wife to run once she’s completed her outpatient program. Thus, Adam will remain in his “temp” job as CEO of Newman Media and Nikki will have a brand new shiny toy to play with.

Elsewhere Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) is worried about Sharon Newman’s (Sharon Case) fluctuating emotions. He knows that Sharon’s in the middle of a psychotropic medication adjustment and fears she could have a meltdown.
