There’s speculation on X (formerly Twitter) that Kate Middleton might not be at the hospital she was staying at for the last two weeks, but she might not be home, either. Even though the palace says that she’s returned home to be with her family, there seems to be no evidence that she has been discharged from The London Clinic. What’s more, a lot of people have pointed out that the Princess of Wales did not have any of her family members visit her at the hospital, with the exception of her husband, Prince William.

Of course, many royal fans had a lot to say about the matter on social media. Some even commented with, “I suspect, Whatever happened to that mean girl Kate Middleton is linked to her man child husband Prince William. King Charles and Camilla were not too far from whatever happened. The coincidental stuff aka press release same day, same hospital, PR in / out photo ops etc,” along with, “Little by little, drip by drip the truth will eventually come out. Her family will keep the secret no matter the price or the embarrassment it causes them. Incandescent rage unchecked will eventually boil over. Anger management is long overdue.”

Another critic wrote, “So then the hospital is in on the con for those saying she isn;t even there. and the police too since we saw them there when she first went in.. and the hospital is fine with people saying patients have been discharged when they haven’t and suddenly the police are no longer needed?”
