The Bold and the Beautiful Ratings Are On The Decline For This Reason
No, it has nothing to do with Hope Logan’s hair at all. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that ratings for the show are on the decline and apparently, it has to do with the most current storyline.
It seems like a lot of viewers are tuning out rather than tuning in because they are tired of the ‘Eric Forreser is dying’ shenanigans. Here’s what you need to know.
The Bold and the Beautiful Ratings Are On The Decline For This Reason
It seems like a lot of fans of the show are tired of the non-stop crying as no one knows what Eric Forrester is dying of, how long it’s going to take him to die, and whether or not he’s going to come back from the dead.
Seeing Hope Logan and Thomas Forrester put their hands in a jar full of candy seemed to be the highlight for some fans in one of the latest episodes.
It goes without saying that many The Bold and the Beautiful fans and critics alike have taken to social media to weigh in on the matter. Some of them wrote comments such as,
“Ratings declining because it’s the holidays and this Eric story is so damn depressing… This is light, fun, more of this,” along with, “I’m so glad they’re on.
At least there’s something good! Thope are carrying the show on their backs right now!! Without them I fear what the ratings would be because this storyline is awful.”
Another fan wrote, “Surprised, they didn’t let him find a bottle of honey. But seriously this storyline has been going on for way too long. They should just kill him off because this is the last storyline that Eric Forrester is ever going to be included in. After this he’s just going to be treated like a day player.”

So far the producers of the soap have made no comments about any of the criticism.

One reason they are losing their audience is because it’s repeat repeat repeat over and over the same thing every day. They need better writers. Sick of the same dialogue every day
So very very tired of all this Eric sadness. It’s Christmas for gawd sake!!! The ONLY bright spot on B&B right now…. Hope and Thomas!!👍💞… I could watch them all day. And Brooke and Steffy need to keep their self-righteous, meddling noses to themselves… I mean really! Kinda like the pot calling the kettle black isn’t it!🤔😂🤭
Time to move on from Eric and get rid of Donna! This is a boring and depressing story that has been dragging on – need more action stories IMHO!
People don’t die in three days from a unknow disease! Just because they can have a full-term baby in 4 and a half months that make up the traditional 9 months. I want Brooke and Ridge go down the City Hall and get married if they get married this time for real. The only reason I like Stephie now is because she is married to the nicest guy on that show. They let the wrong brother leave. Liam is worthless. I have never liked him. It makes his scenes like me having all my pulled at one time. Let Hope and Thomas get married and get those family members get their heads on straight and go to the wedding and for once do the right thing. Those people have done worse thing, like all of the adults so stop pointing fingers!
