Keep reading below for everything you need to know.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Chad Finally Removes His Ring And Says Good-Bye To Abigail

According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, Chad finally realizes that in order to move on with his life, he needs to focus on the future and let go of the past. Actor Billy Flynn, who plays Chad on the hit Peacock soap, puts it this way, “Chad is at a place where he’s obviously moved on with Stephanie and still feels guilty. Also, this shadow of Abigail is never gone.”

Days of Our Lives spoilers say that Chad is joined by none other than Julie. He tells her that he feels guilty about moving on with Stephanie because Abigail is someone who is always on his mind. But Julie tells Chad that Abigails would want him to find love again.

Billy says, “Julie gives him some assurances, which helps to go, ‘What’s going to be best for you and the kids?’ Fans of the show can go, ‘How could he move on? That’s not true love.’ But he’s the father of two and he’s met somebody who’s kind and compassionate and treats his kids that way, too, after he’s been through such a traumatic event. That’s where Chad is at. He’s going there and I think he’s looking for advice. Then Julie shows up and kind of reaffirms that he has to live his life. Abigail’s gone. She’s not coming back. That’s what Chad hears.”

Days of Our Lives Spoilers: What’s Next For Chad?

Days of Our Lives spoilers say that after that, Chad takes off his wedding ring once and for all. Billy admits that he certainly did feel a little bit of guilt. He said, “I remember having this feeling of, ‘I’m taking this ring off, but it’s not off. Physically I’m removing this symbol, but you are here in my heart,’ having that sense of a little bit of a good-bye. It’s complicated, and Chad’s going to do his best. He wants to try and be happy.”
