Not only that, but it’s also been noted that both the kids are in the line of succession, which means King Charles is actually their legal guardian. It will certainly be a fight to the very finish, but it will also be a fight that Meghan Markle won’t win, especially if she will be forced to go up against the monarchy’s lawyers.

Meghan, and Lilibet are naturally born Americans and Archie a dual citizen so since they all live in the USA, I think it might be VERY difficult for Harry to kidnap his children to the UK. He might be a British Prince – but that means nothing in America.
