The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, June 16 hint that relationships, choices, and situations are on the cusp of blowing up in GC.
Y&R Characters On the Edge
Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk) is at the Abbott mansion and tells Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) that he needs to let MIA Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters) go and do her thing.
Patty rattles on about Jack having to pick a life with her and forget about the wife who obviously walked out on him.
Where is Diane?
Generous Patty may give Jack time to think about her offer. What Jack doesn’t know is that she and what Dr. Laurence Markham (Jere Burns) have control of Diane.
By the way Y&R fans, do you think that Markham is really Martin Laurent in disguise?
Jack has not given up on Diane and would never willingly choose Patty. However, he may fake a relationship in the hopes of getting Diane back.
Patty Holds the Strings
Jack will have an important brainstorming session on Tuesday’s episode, so he may put his heads together with Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland).
For now Patty has a story about Diane having a breakdown and being in a clinic with Dr. Markham. Sure, Jan.
Diane’s Ordeal
Instead, Diane is at Dr. Markham’s house, where he’s told her she’s had a breakdown.
The evil Markham won’t allow Diane to leave thus she is his hostage. Diane isn’t a dummy and we hope that sooner rather than later she realizes that the ogre is working for Patty.
Who is Dr. Markham Really?
Explosive Y&R spoilers tease that at some point the doctor could let the news slip that he was the one behind Patty’s treatment.
If so Diane will realize that Patty is behind this charade and understand the danger she is in. In reality, Dr. Markham is being paid handsomely by Patty to “treat” poor Diane.
Despite figuring out how and why she is in this dark predicament, Diane won’t give up hope. She needs to get back to Jack, the man she blamed for being assaulted by Patty.
