On Thursday’s Y&R episode, Victor’s business decision stuns his family in particular his wife Nikki.
Victor’s Nervy Move
On the Tuesday June 9 epi, fans witnessed a gobsmacked Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) learn that Victor gave Chancellor back to Lily Winters (Christel Khalil).
Princess Victoria thought there must be some mistake, but Lily made it clear that she is now in charge of Chancellor.
On Thursday Victor could shock Nikki with the news that she has been usurped.
Nikki’s Medical Drama
But these days Nikki isn’t in any shape to head up a conglomerate. Nikki has been having headaches and now she experiences vision problems, too.
Nonetheless, she shows up for Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) at his rehab meeting.
Nikki is there to support Nick as he faces the fact of his addiction and tells his story to the others.
Nick’s Bravery
It’s not easy for Nick to confess his new and dangerous issues to the group, but he eventually lets his emotions flow in a flood of catharsis.
Sadly, Nikki’s headaches and vision problems get worse and she must see a doctor.
By the end of the week Nikki decides to see a professional and after an examination she is given a terrifying diagnosis.
Stephanie Simmons is Back
Elsewhere, Stephanie Simmons (Vivica A. Fox) shares a secret during a talk with Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic).
She has decided to accept the chief of staff position at Genoa City Memorial Hospital but she may have complicated feelings about it.
Her son Holden Novak (Nathan Owens) is also in Genoa City, and he let her know that he’s forgiven her and wants her back in town.
However, Stephanie could be scared that he’s just telling her what she wants to hear.
Nate Listens and Consoles
We predict that Nate encourages Stephanie to trust Holden and embrace her new job. Will he also confess that he’s thinking of returning to medicine after giving the corporate world a try?
