Cullum Came To The Conclusion That Danny Must Have Shot Him, It Made Sense For Jason To Protect His Son
Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) provided WSB Director Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) with no information about who actually shot him; however, Cullum didn’t leave Carly’s place empty-handed; he decided to pursue Danny.
Surprisingly, Cullum confessed to Carly that Jason was not the one who shot him and inquired if Carly had any idea who the shooter was. She revealed nothing-no names, no clues, nothing at all.
Even with Carly’s silence, Cullum suspected that Jason was shielding Danny. He specifically focused on Danny in the photo of him and Jason displayed on the mantle; Cullum is after Danny because he thinks Jason is protecting his son.
In The May 19 Episode, Cullum Told Sidwell He Thought Danny Shot Him
In the May 19 episode, Cullum told Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) he thought Danny shot him and that Commissioner Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) was hiding it.
Cullum wanted to kill Danny, but Sidwell warned that Danny’s powerful family could ruin their operation. After sneaking onto Spoon Island, Danny and Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) listened in on Cullum and Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) heated conversation from the patio.
They discovered that Britt had lied to the police about the shooting and was being forced to work for Cullum and Sidwell in the lab for her medication.
Once the room was empty, the teens entered through the outside door and planned to go into the catacombs to take photos of the secret project for Dante.
Cullum Caught Danny And Charlotte-Rocco Warned Britt
However, they only made it to the foyer before Cullum caught them! After leaving Wyndemere, Britt went to her office; she was surprised when a frantic Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) arrived and said that Danny and Charlotte were breaking into Wyndemere.
Prior to that he solicited help from his brother Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) but chickened out telling him what he needed.
However, Gio knew something was desperately wrong and went to tell their father Dante; so now Dante knows Rocco’s in trouble, but not as much as Danny and Charlotte are! There’s no doubt that when Cullum’s targeting Danny gets back to Jason, Jason will want to end him-but he’ll be in line behind Valentin Cassadine, (James Patrick Stuart) who might beat him to it!
