The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Nikki Wants To Teach Victor A Lesson – Jack Ready For Payback
The Young and the Restless spoilers document that Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) can’t believe that her estranged husband continues to be so belligerent. She’s seen his vengeful side and experienced it on many occasions. But this time is different because he lost Newman Enterprises.
Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) had nothing to do with what Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) is trying to portray as a temporary setback. Yet, he loves the fact that the Moustache got his.
Like Victor, Jack, and Nikki are surprised that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) stole the company and continues to hold power. The combination of Diane Jenkins Abbott’s (Susan Walters) hurt husband and the woman Victor supposedly loves more than any other, teaming to teach him a hard lesson, is heating up long before summer’s arrival in Genoa City, Wisconsin.
Nikki Newman Bearing The Brunt
Nikki was kicked out of her home by an ungrateful guy. That’s a nice way of stating what Victor did to her when yelling and telling her to pack her bags.
Forcing her out of the replica Ranch that he built was so wrong. Yet, Victor thinks she deserved punishment for backing Jack, whom he’s ridiculously jealous of for no reason at all.
Of course, reason and Victor haven’t been complimentary across the decades. No one has suffered more than Nikki from his erratic ravings.
So, Thomas Scott’s character is determined to work with Jack. Her endgame isn’t to stay apart from Victor forever. Down deep, she’s hoping Victor is shocked back to a semblance of sensibility.
Jack Abbott Has Jabot But Not His Current Love
Is Diane Jack’s greatest love?
The answer to the above question is a hard no. Devoted fans recall that the late Luan Volien Abbott (Elizabeth Sung) was the woman he had the tenderest feelings for. They met when he was serving in Vietnam, and many years late her learned she bore his son, the late Keemo Abbott (Philip Moon).
Jack and Nikki, who he was married twice, had a son as well. John Abbott III (no character cast to play this role) sadly died after being born. They donated his heart in a touching and memorable storyline.
He was twice married to Phyllis and Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk), with the tie to Phyllis arguably being his most passionate. Plus, he was married to Lindsey Wells (Lauren Koslow) in the 1980s and to Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) in the late 2000s.
As for Diane, they have a son, Kyle Abbot (Michael Mealor). But any fair assessment could claim that she’s his current love, but doesn’t necessarily rank at the top of the love list.
Victor Newman Needs To Grow
Victor will be who he’s always been until he recognizes these flaws and changes his behavior. That seems improbable, especially in light of his using deceptive and destructive measures to retake control of what remains of Newman Enterprises.
Nikki has stood her ground in the past, sometimes leaving on her own accord. It feels like Victor’s retaking of his family business will likely lead to Nikki rationalizing a return to what she calls normal.
As for Jack, he won’t let what’s happened go. Victor would be wise not to discount his enemy’s resolve.
