The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Friday, April 17 hint that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) plays Diane Abbott (Susan Walters) to further harm Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) while Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) jets out of GC and over to Sin City.
Sharon Follows Chelsea
Sharon and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) talked last week about going to Vegas to help their respective men, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman).
Chelsea toddled right on over, while Sharon stayed behind. Will evil Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) contact Sharon to throw her inaction in her face? Definitely maybe!
Matt could rightfully point out that Nick’s in bad shape and needs help. Or, perhaps Chelsea sends out an SOS after she realizes that Adam is missing after Nick went MIA.
Sharon Flies to Vegas
If Chelsea contacts Sharon we know that the latter would not hesitate to drop everything to assist her comrade in arms.
What we do know is that Adam wakes up to find himself locked up with Nick—how in the world will they get out of this dire predicament that Matt has put them in?
Lauren’s New Era
Elsewhere, Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) and Lauren Fenmore Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) embark on a new era. Lauren agreed to work at Summers Conglomerate, and we thought she was smarter than this.
She doesn’t need the money, so why would she risk everything to enter into such a minefield?
Michael tried to warn her, but in lieu of her making the smart choice, perhaps he’s resigned to reality? They have something to celebrate on Friday so be sure to tune in to discover what that is!

Meanwhile, Diane sees Jack and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) enjoying dinner and blows a gasket. Just in time, along comes Victor to offer his help which Diane greedily accepts.
