That’s why the open receptionist job is a good way to address her unemployment and get her off Will Spencer’s (Crew Morrow) property.
Will is a kind-hearted guy. Currently, he likes Dylan and feels sorry for her. However, RJ Forrester’s (Brayan Nicoletti) return to Los Angeles, California, creates a new dynamic.
RJ’s interest in Electra has the potential to create two dilemmas. The first might be his overtures toward her. The second could involve Will reacting to a real or perceived drift of Electra away from him.
Who Is This Art Teacher Anyway?
Dylan popped up last year as Hayes Finnegan’s (Bryan David Garlick) summer school art teacher. Bullock’s alter ego was initially written as a side character, part of Luna Nozawa’s (Lisa Yamada) dynamic storyline, which included her fixation on Will.
As viewers recall, Dylan was bound, gagged, and put into a closet at the beach house that was then being used as a summertime location for children’s art classes.
Luna conned her way into the class as a further means of being involved in her father’s (John Finn Finnegan, Tanner Novlan) life.
That scenario spun out of control, with Luna accidentally shooting one of Sheila Carter Sharpe’s (Kimberlin Brown) toes off and purposely shooting and nearly killing Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton), who believed he shot her dead in response.
Now, months later, Dylan returns and has somewhat replaced Luna, but as a different form of threat in Will’s life.
RJ Forrester Provides Detailed Family Explanation
Newer viewers might not have known that Electra and RJ aren’t related by blood. He and Electra have the same last name, but since RJ’s father, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye), is adopted, they aren’t relatives.
So, with that needed explanation offered to the audience, flirtatious glances can and were exchanged.
RJ and Electra first met in front of the runway at Forrester Creations. While not as memorable as her first run-in with Will, it was still noteworthy.
Will Spencer Wants To Get Along
Will had a direct talk with RJ while Electra was present. He mentioned that their fathers, Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) and Ridge, haven’t gotten along. Will told RJ that he didn’t want their connection to be like that, and the recast character Nicoletti now plays agreed.
However, the clear setup is that RJ finds Electra to be highly appealing, and she certainly noticed him. Will’s friendly nature with Dylan and Electra’s sudden belief that she shouldn’t be at the beach house on a regular basis implies soapy opportunity is ahead.
Is Electra inevitably drawn to RJ?
Will goes to Dylan, and Electra responds by rebounding with RJ?
These are just two ways conflict can be created in what is becoming a compelling winter drama.
