The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Monday, October 20 reveal that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) can’t let go of her decades-long animosity toward Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell). Is she craven enough to try and ruin the bachelorette party? You bet she is!
Last week at Crimson Lights, Phyllis needled Christine about her second marriage to Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian) and the couple were gobsmacked.
Why Can’t Phyllis Let Go?
Phyllis said many rude things to the couple who tastefully tried to ignore her. One of the meanest things she said was that Christine and Danny probably wouldn’t go through with their vows. By this time, Christine knows the real Phyllis and that she’s just a noisemaker who loves to hear her horn honk.
The sight of Cricket and Danny being so in love destroyed Phyllis, especially when she couldn’t crack their polished veneer.
This causes one to expect that Phyllis is about to bring more shenanigans to festivities she’s not invited to.
Will Phyllis Provide Wedding Drama For Free?
Red hot spoilers show that Phyllis makes the tacky decision to crash Christine’s bachelorette party. Lovely and composed Christine is having a good time in the jazz lounge with her guests when Phyllis rears up ready to roar. Meow!
All of the guests, including Lauren Fenmore Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman), Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters), Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland), Abby Winters (Melissa Ordway) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) are aghast at the sight of Big Red.
Phyllis Can’t Let Go of Christine
Christine shouldn’t have to shake off Phyllis’ obnoxiousness, plus she wasn’t invited. When her anger shows, Red eats it up. We predict that Lauren plays referee, urging Phyllis to do the right thing and vanish.
Elsewhere, Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) is in charge of Danny’s bachelor party.
Bachelor Party Gets Out of Hand
We imagine that the men have a fun night planned for rock star Danny, and we can tell you that a couple of unplanned hiccups complicate matters!
All of this is peripheral noise to the destiny that is Danny and Christine. While they may be rocked a bit by situations out of their control, they are ready to marry and live their best lives!
