General Hospital spoilers report speculation is swirling that Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) and Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) might be the ones who shot Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) this week!
The shocking idea suggests the teens, fresh off finding Judge Eva Heran’s (Tessa Auberjonois) body in the harbor, could have fired at Drew — perhaps twice, one bullet each — in a moment of panic or rage.
As minors, they’d likely face lighter consequences than a major player like Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) or Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), avoiding long prison sentences and keeping them in play. But what drove them to such extremes, and will their youth shield them from justice?
A Double Shot by Teens?
The theory hinges on Rocco and Danny’s harbor trauma, where they stumbled upon Heran’s corpse, leaving them rattled. Drew’s shooting soon after could tie to his toxic actions — blackmailing Sonny, setting up Stella Henry (Vernee Watson), or crossing paths with the boys’ families after Drew’s issuance of restraining orders across the Quartermaine board.
Maybe they overheard Drew’s schemes or felt protective of Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) or Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), on top of their desire to protect Emily ‘Scout’ Cain (Cosette Abinante).
Two shots suggest a chaotic act — each boy firing once, perhaps in fear or misguided loyalty. As minors, they’d likely face juvenile detention or probation, not adult prison, allowing GH to keep them active without sidelining a major character.
Motives and Means: Why the Boys?
Rocco’s loyalty to Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Danny’s tie to Jason could fuel their actions. If they saw Drew as a threat to them ever having a relationship with Scout again, they might have grabbed a gun from a Corinthos stash.
Their youth makes it impulsive: a rash act born of trauma, not cold calculation. Fans on Facebook speculate, “Kids shooting Drew? Crazy but plausible!” Yet, the PCPD, led by Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), would need hard evidence — ballistics or a witness — to pin it on them, especially with suspects like Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) in the mix.
Light Consequences or Lasting Fallout?
As minors, Rocco and Danny could dodge harsh penalties — think counseling or short-term detention — keeping them central to GH’s canvas.
But the fallout would hit hard: Dante and Jason would be gutted, grappling with guilt over their sons’ actions. Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) might rally to protect them, clashing with investigators like ADA Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor).
If Drew survives, his accusations could complicate things, but their youth might sway sympathy. Will this theory hold, or is it too wild for Port Charles? Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers to see how this plays out in the days ahead.
-Has story telling in the GH writing room gone off the rails with their content??
-Writers have Drew take Scout taken away from family who love her.
-Writers have Drew have papers served on said family so they cannot see her.
-Writers have Drew attempt to have teens arrested for kidnapping.
-Writers having Wiley hear his daddy didn’t love him anymore.
-Writers have Drew report Stella for insurance fraud (correct but not needed).
-Writers have innocent teens find a body in the water (not needed as others could have).
-Writers have Drew shot (not a bad idea), but with half the town as suspects.
-The list could continue but just noting some of the most offensive situations in mind now.
As spoilers are not actually written by GH writers, I think they too have taken a sip of the Kool Aid served by GH writers. Suggesting that Danny/Rocco may have pulled the trigger is so questionable in my mind just present so call drama??
Sure soaps are fantasy with a hint now and then of reality but I feel there is a line that shouldn’t be crossed under any circumstances. Writing staff is insensitive when it comes to how children, teens are used for story telling. Of all things the suggestion of Scout pulling the trigger on Drew is more questionable than many other acts of violence including children. As it seems a retirement story line will be or is being written for MB, I’d rather it be Sonny who shot Drew and went to jail other than putting children in this situation. Coming from me who has been a MB fan almost ever and believes he should have a really good constructed goodbye from canvas, my above statements are saying a lot. Know many would disagree, but I feel children should be protected even if it is only involved in a fictional television story line.
Good grief these sites grasping at straws! Maybe its Scout, maybe its Danny or Rocco! Maybe it was the Ghost of Christmas Past!
