The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) could have a plan to ruin Danny Romalotti’s (Michael Damian) and Christine Williams’ (Lauralee Bell) wedding. Phyllis seems focused on becoming Cane Ashby’s (Billy Flynn) number one ally.
Phyllis doesn’t appear to be too concerned with Christine’s wedding, but that will soon change. The wedding isn’t scheduled until October, so there is plenty of time for her to go off the deep end.
Christine and Phyllis have a long history of bad blood between them. They’ve spent decades fighting over Danny. Phyllis faked a paternity test to make Danny Daniel Romalotti, Jr’s (Michael Grazadei) his father. She later tried to run Christine over with her car. Their history is complicated and will likely never be resolved.
Christine Fears Phyllis’ Rage
The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Christine told Lauren Fenmore (Tracey E Bregman) that she fears a “certain someone” will ruin her big day. She expressed her excitement about spending the rest of her life with Danny, but realizes that Phyllis may not share her enthusiasm.
Lauren advises her not to think too much about Phyllis. The fashion designer believes that Phyllis has grown past her obsession with Danny and might not be a problem. Lauren muses that Phyllis likely won’t even show up for the nuptials. Christine hopes Lauren is right, because she is growing tired of Phyllis’ schemes against her.
Y&R spoilers reveal that Lauren tells Christine that Phyllis is consumed with Cane and his plan to take over Genoa City. She doubts Phyllis will pay her wedding any mind. But Christine didn’t seem convinced. She clearly is worried about Phyllis crashing her wedding and causing a scene.
Phyllis’ Wedding Mayhem
While Phylllis seems consumed with Cane at the moment, she won’t be forever. The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Danny advises his mother not to attend or crash his dad’s wedding. Phyllis was not fond of the way her son ordered her not to attend the wedding. She took it as a threat, revealing she may decide to pop in and cause a scene.
Phyllis likely will tell Daniel that she cannot believe his dad is marrying that “bug.” She refuses to believe that she will be a part of Danny’s life forever. In fact, the more she thinks about it, she plans to stop the wedding from happening.
