The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Victor Spits Fire, Broken Nate Destroys Amy

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, July 30 tease that the action shifts back to GC after weeks of felonious mayhem in Nice, France.

For starters, we have Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) making a choice, as well as Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) delivering devastating news to Amy Lewis (Valarie Pettiford).

Nate must tell Amy of Damian Kane’s (Jermaine Rivers) murder and this will decimate the poor woman.

Nate gets and Delivers Horrible News

Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) tells Nate about Damian’s murder in Nice, and now he must break the news to Amy. They meet in Chancellor Park where Amy senses that something’s wrong.

If you’ve ever had to break the news of a loved one’s death you know how excruciating this is. Poor Nate can barely contain his own emotions and ends up blurting out that Damian has died.

Amy had a premonition that something would go wrong in France, and she was right. She understandably has questions and can’t believe it when she hears how her son passed.

Damian is Dead and Gone

Amy is undergoing cancer treatment and was looking forward to sharing good news about this with Damian. Now she’ll never have the chance to have a second chance with him.
Amy starts crying and Nate comforts her as best he can, but this is a heartbreaking development for them both.

Elsewhere, Victoria and Adam make inroads toward peace as Adam comforts Victoria over Cole Howard’s (J. Eddie Peck) sudden death.

Victoria and Adam Choose Peaceful Coexistence

Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will be happy to learn that they are getting along, but he has more pressing things on his mind at the moment. Namely, how to teach supercilious Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) a lesson.

Victor will not be stopped in his quest for revenge against Cane who foolishly insists on returning to GC. A snowball in hell has a better chance of survival than him, but Cane hasn’t exactly shown intelligence lately.

Victor holds Cane responsible for the three deaths on his estate and for Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) injury, and rightfully so. Expect Victor to go scorched earth on Cane the minute the fool lands back in Genoa City!
