The Young and the Restless Spoilers Tuesday, July 29: Phyllis & Billy Defend Cane From the Angry Mob, Nate’s Horror

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, July 29 show that back in GC, Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) learns terrible news, while on Fantasy Island, Citizen Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) is ripped to shreds as Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) defend him.

Let’s start with the ramification of Damian Kane’s (Jermaine Rivers) murder in Nice, France. Now that cell service is restored, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) must talk to Nate about the horrible turn of events overseas.

Lily Has Bad News

Poor Nate learns what happened to his new brother as Lily heartbreakingly provides details. Nate and Damian were just getting to know each other, so there will be a lot of what-if’s and regrets for Nate for a while.
Likewise, poor Amy Lewis (Valarie Pettiford) must contend with the bad premonition she had about her son before he left for Nice. Let’s hope this doesn’t cause her leukemia progress to reverse.

Meanwhile, skeevy Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) discover a kink in their relationship with Kyle possibly more attracted to sexy Audra than he realizes.

What Happens to Klaire?

And let’s face it, why wouldn’t Kyle be attracted to Audra who is pulling out all the stops in her bid to get him into a compromising situation? She’s good at what she does, and that’s why Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) hired her.

Then again, it could be that these two are drawn to each other once they discover the horror that multiple deaths have taken place: Damian, Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) and Carter (Vincent Stalba).

So, this group vacay really was more like a game of Clue than anyone could have realized … the minion did it in the maze with a pistol.

Carter is a Dead Loon

Carter is a dead loon, but he was Cane’s loon so expect him to be at the center of a fierce and angry mob. And yet, despite the obvious enmity that Cane deserves, there are two louses who defend him: Phyllis and Billy. Of course this is a transactional pity they have for him, seeing as how they want to get into corporate bed with the mogul.

Meanwhile, Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) assists Cane with the law enforcement investigation and tells him he is blameless. Still, Cane feels enormous guilt over the mess he created, as he should.
