“I wonder if it’s the Ozempic. It makes people look older…” one user speculated.
Another added to the theory: “Yes, they lose muscle mass which gives them a sunken and drawn in look as they have no muscle mass holding them up or plumping them out in places.”

One pointed remark summed it up: “Ironically, if they stopped trying to TIGHTEN everything, they’d be tighter. She genuinely looks about 68 here.”
Another fan took a more relatable route: “I’m not quite 40 but I have plenty of friends Kim’s age. Normal woman who don’t have the money to even do botox (nothing against it wish I could afford it) and almost all of them look younger than Kim.”
