General Hospital Spoilers: Serious Questions, Justified Anger, Painful Collapse!

General Hospital spoilers and updates for the week of Monday, January 20-Friday, January 24 tease serious questions, justified  anger and a painful collapse! Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) has serious questions, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) justified  anger, and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) suffers a painful collapse!

General Hospital Spoilers: Serious Questions

At the PCPD, Anna has enlisted additional support to extract clear answers from Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot). Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) is intensely focused on Tracy at the interrogation table as Anna asserts, “Just tell Jason where the children are, and I will let you go.” Tracy, wearing a smug expression, retorts with a defiant “no!”

The children, Wiley and Amelia Corinthos (Viron Weaver, Serenity and Sequoia Mork Macko) are supposedly being held at the Quartermaine mansion, if that’s indeed their location. It’s evident that Jason has no idea where they are; otherwise, he wouldn’t be at the PCPD alongside Anna and Tracy!

GH Spoilers: Willow’s Defense

In the burn unit of the ICU, Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) defensively expresses her concern, stating that no one wishes for Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) to endure pain.

It’s probable that she’s confiding in Carly while Sonny is present. Later, she will question Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) about whether she made a mistake.

By permitting Carly and Sonny to visit Michael, she may have jeopardized her chances of regaining custody of her children. This was her bargaining chip—restricting Sonny and Carly’s access to Michael in the hospital ICU, as she holds his healthcare proxy.

General Hospital Spoilers: Justified  Anger

Carly, out of Willow’s hearing range, expresses her frustration to Sonny, asserting that if Willow truly cared for Michael, she wouldn’t have betrayed him. Carly’s argument is compelling, and her anger is justified, especially considering Willow’s  past.

She rekindled her relationship with Michael while being unfaithful to Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), who was grappling with the severe consequences of Peter August’s (Wes Ramsey) poisoning.

This raises a troubling question: is Willow a habitual cheater, abandoning those who love her when they are vulnerable or unwell? Carly is seething as she continues to share her thoughts with Sonny near Michael’s room.

GH Spoilers: Whispered Requests

Carly goes back in Michael’s room, which is dark as soon he will need to be re-medicated as he’s in extreme pain. Carly wanted to know whether he wants to be transferred to Johns Hopkins for further burn treatment or the clinic in Germany, which could make him completely whole.

It had been decided to let Michael choose even though bringing him out from under anesthesia is causing him severe pain. Now he keeps whispering Sasha Corbin’s (Sofia Mattsson) name-which is puzzling to Carly; does he want to see Sasha? Carly’s puzzled-if he wants to see Sasha, why-they broke up years ago!

General Hospital Spoilers: Grand Reopening

At Charlie’s Pub, the spotlight is on Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) as she prepares for her highly anticipated opening night. Following Phyllis Caulfield’s (Joyce Guy) return to Nixon Falls, Sonny decided to hand over the pub to Kristina, who has spent considerable time behind the bar. The venue has undergone a stunning transformation, complete with a fresh remodel and vibrant decor, making it ready for its grand reopening.

Kristina expresses her excitement to someone, eagerly anticipating her father’s reaction, confident that he will be thrilled with the changes. Kristina knows that Sonny will love it, she can’t wait for him to see it.

GH Spoilers: Painful Collapse

Sonny has just returned to his temporary residence after the devastating explosion in the penthouse, but he is now facing a dire situation. He is experiencing intense heart pain and has collapsed, lying beneath a table in agony before losing consciousness.

Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) had previously cautioned him about his heart problems, diagnosing them as atrial fibrillation, or AFIB, and emphasized the urgent need for hospital treatment.

Earlier, as he left the Quartermaine mansion, Sonny was seen taking some pills—possibly nitroglycerin, which can provide temporary relief for AFIB but is not a permanent solution. If Sonny does not receive immediate medical attention, his heart rhythm disorder could prove fatal.
