General Hospital spoilers and updates for Monday, January 6 tease justice for monsters, decisive actions, and truths being told! Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) wants justice for a monster, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) takes decisive actions, and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) relays some truths being told!
General Hospital Spoilers: Justice For Monsters
Josslyn meets up with Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali), clearly still reeling from the shocking news of Dex Heller’s (Evan Hofer) untimely demise.
The latest reports on Dex’s toxicology results have surfaced, revealing a chilling case of digitalis poisoning, reminiscent of what happened to Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco). Frustrated and heartbroken, Josslyn expresses to Trina her determination that the fiend responsible for Dex’s death must face the consequences.
She is resolute in her quest for justice, and Trina is undoubtedly on her side. However, Josslyn might be willing to take matters into her own hands in the pursuit of the killer—could this lead her to switch her major once again, to criminal justice?
GH Spoilers: Decisive Actions
At the hospital, Trina’s mother, Portia, takes decisive action; spotting Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober), she confronts him, declaring in no uncertain terms that he is unwelcome in the facility.
Cyrus’s expression shifts to one of disbelief—how could he be surprised at the suspicion surrounding him, especially with the ongoing investigations into the digitalis poisonings at GH? While the hospital and law enforcement dig deeper, loyal viewers are already aware of the chilling reality: if he was responsible for Sam’s death, then Dex’s fate was sealed as well.
Given that Dex was inching closer to uncovering the truth, will Portia’s bold move inadvertently endanger more lives, allowing the sinister figure, masquerading as a savior, to continue his deadly game?
General Hospital Spoilers: Post Failed Op Meeting
In the WSB field office in Port Charles, Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure) and his sharp-witted assistant, the formidable Collette Moreau (Mercedes Lopez Renard), reconnect after her recent trip to Prague.
Meanwhile, Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) has made a bold choice to remain on the run alongside her father, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), despite the option to return to her mother.
Brennan’s determination to see Collette bring down Valentin remains unwavering, especially after that ominous shot fired in the Prague café—it was no mere warning!
He confides in his partner that if Charlotte has led them to Valentin once, she’s bound to do it again. With Brennan keeping a close eye on Charlotte through her social media, his suspicions will only be confirmed if Valentin hasn’t disabled the tracking devices on her phone.
GH Spoilers: Fatherly Legal Advice
Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) engage in a serious conversation inside Sonny’s penthouse, right by the patio doors where Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) had previously stood.
Sonny warns Michael that his troubles will only escalate if he withholds information from “her.” The identity of this “her” likely points to Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy), who, due to attorney-client privilege, isn’t obligated to share everything.
However, for Diane to effectively construct a strong case and safeguard Michael’s interests, she must be fully informed. This transparency is crucial for ensuring their success in the courtroom.
General Hospital Spoilers: Truths Being Told
Carly’s declaration to Jason Morgan, “Willow’s lost her damn mind!” resonates with many who witness the scene unfolding in the coffee warehouse, where Jason gazes at her, concern etched on his face.
Carly is now fully aware of the turmoil surrounding Willow, from her affair with Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) to whisking Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) away to Washington, D.C.
They are there for Drew’s swearing into office-Carly can’t help but reflect on how much both Drew and Willow have transformed since Carly’s past relationship with him.
What has happened to Willow? She once seemed so devoted to Michael and their little family!
GH Spoilers: Willow Cries Over Legal Papers Served
Michael had reached out to Diane earlier, informing her that Willow had taken Wiley to Washington, D.C. without his consent, and inquired if they could leverage that situation.
Now, in a hotel room, Willow is sobbing on the bed, and it’s clear that Wiley is probably in the same suite with her and Drew—definitely not a good sign! Clutching legal documents that were served to her in their hotel suite, Willow cries out, “He’s taking my kids away from me!”
It’s evident she’s speaking to Drew about Diane’s hastily filed sole custody case, likely claiming she’s an unfit mother! Yes, Michael and Drew were definitely able to use Willow’s overnight with Drew taking Wiley without Michael’s permission, it appears!
