It seems Luna will send Bill yet another letter. This must be the reason for Bill visiting Luna at prison in the weekly preview clip.
While Luna seems excited to see Bill, he isn’t there for a pleasure visit. Bill is likely there to tell Luna to stop sending him letters. Of course, there must be something in that letter that makes Bill feel he needs to see Luna face to face.
