Someone is in Jordan’s cell, and maybe drugged and amnesiac, for whatever reasons. That would go a long way toward explaining that no one has spilled about an inmate escape.

What makes this tale even more intriguing is the possibility that an imposter died, and the evil doers made it look like Heather. In case you missed it, loony Sharon woke up next to a dead Heather. In her state would she even have noticed if it wasn’t the real deal?

Jordan and Ian are not dumb, they know the value of blackmail. Sure, they’ve had some fun on the run, but eventually they will be found out and when that happens they’ll need collateral. We admit it, we’d like this story a lot more if Heather is still alive.
