General Hospital spoilers and updates for Wednesday, November 20 tease autopsy answers, guilty questions, and heart-to-heart talks.
Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) calls with autopsy answers, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) asks guilty questions and Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) have a heart-to-heart talk.
General Hospital Spoilers: Decision Needed
Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) engage in a crucial conversation as they exit Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) funeral.
Elizabeth emphasizes the need for them to make a decision regarding their son, Aiden Webber (Colin Cassidy). Lucky is once again feeling the pull of wanderlust, convinced that he has no further obligations in Port Charles.
Elizabeth is frustrated with Lucky’s desire to leave, regardless of whether he believes his reasons are justified. She questions what truly embodies humanitarianism: Lucky’s return to Africa or another country, or being present for their son who desperately needs him?
GH Spoilers: Autopsy Answers
Portia has returned to her duties at the hospital and is making a crucial phone call, likely to Lucas Jones (Van Hansis), who has been anxiously awaiting news.
She informs him that they have received the autopsy results for his sister, knowing he will be eager to uncover any insights they might reveal. Lucas has been consumed by guilt, replaying every moment in his mind, questioning what he could have done differently to prevent Sam’s tragic death, despite reassurances that it wasn’t his fault.
He did everything possible to save her after her sudden heart attack, and Portia had to persuade him to officially declare the time of death. But could the autopsy results unveil something completely unforeseen, presenting a medical enigma that needs unraveling?
General Hospital Spoilers: Molly Reacts In Alarm
Elsewhere, likely at her job in the Assistant District Attorney’s office, Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) has a strong reaction! She expresses her frustration emphatically, insisting to someone that a certain choice is off the table!
Meanwhile, her mother, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), makes a promise, possibly directed at Molly, who clearly does not see eye to eye with her.
Additionally, Molly is set to reveal her father Ric Lansing’s (Rick Hearst) strategy concerning a case. Ric has been juggling two cases, both currently on hold as they await the end of Sam’s funeral.
GH Spoilers: Guilty Questions
Dante finds himself alongside Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) as they grapple with the harsh reality of Sam’s passing, and feeling guilty. Dante is undoubtedly wrestling with questions that have no clear answers, particularly whether Sam chose to donate a portion of her liver to Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) because of him.
His search for someone to hold accountable is evident, especially since there was no medical indication before the transplant that such a tragic outcome could occur. It could be Lucas who brings together Sam’s family and friends to shed light on the findings from the autopsy.
General Hospital Spoilers: Heart-To-Heart Talks
Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) undoubtedly shared with Danny what he overheard about the altercation between Jason and Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison), prompting Danny to seek answers.
It appears that Jason is doing his best to be truthful with his son, especially since he previously kept Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) in the dark about the situation. Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) had confided some very delicate information regarding his brother and Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen).
Jason is likely to withhold the more graphic details from Danny, simply stating that the incident with Drew is a matter that remains between them. He might refer to the clash as a personal disagreement.
GH Spoilers: Lulu’s Unexpected Visitor
Lulu is currently at Turning Woods, where Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) is ignoring his sister’s plea to seek permission before visiting his niece. Recently, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) and Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) stumbled upon him in Lulu’s room.
Laura advised him against being sneaky about visitation and insisted he ask for permission first, expressing her reluctance for him to visit her alone. Yet, there he is, sitting by her bedside with a Bible, completely unaware that she has awakened from her coma.
As he assures her that he will take care of her, he might soon discover whether she remembers him from before her accident as she could wake up unexpectedly!
