General Hospital spoilers and updates for Tuesday, October 29 tease conspiring cousins, knock ‘em down bar fights, and successful surgery!
Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) continues conspiring against his cousin Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) who’s in a knock ‘em down bar fight, and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) has successful surgery.
General Hospital Spoilers: Bad Advice?
Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is in the Quartermaine gatehouse, having a heartfelt conversation with her daughter, Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen).
A look of sadness crosses Nina’s face as she confesses to Willow that she fears she may have given her some terrible advice. Willow’s expression turns serious, clearly intrigued and concerned about what her mother means.
Earlier, Nina had been at the Brown Dog Bar with Drew when they ran into a tipsy Cody Bell (Josh Kelly). Fresh from the stables, Cody had just learned from Sasha Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) they share a surprising family connection as kissing cousins, and he was struggling to cope with the revelation!
GH Spoilers: Conspiring Cousins
Ned is currently scheming within the walls of the Quartermaine mansion, conspiring against Drew, with his cousin and aunt working together in this devious plan! Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) is also involved in the scheme to bring down Drew, allowing Ned to seize control of Aurora before Drew can make a move on ELQ.
Tracy smugly informs Ned that they possess all the necessary leverage; he just needs to strategize on how to wield it effectively! It’s clear that Ned’s private investigator Elaine (Judy Kain), has gathered all the evidence he requires to expose the suspected affair between Drew and Willow.
Ned is anxious about a potential repeat of the past when Drew and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) attempted a hostile takeover of ELQ.
General Hospital Spoilers: Knock ‘Em Down Bar Fights
At the Brown Dog Bar, Drew finds himself in a heated confrontation with Cody, who is loudly airing out the scandal involving Drew, Nina, and Willow.
Cody is accusing him of being a cheating scoundrel, revealing to everyone that he’s involved with a mother while also putting the make on her daughter! With the weight of heartbreaking news from Sasha weighing on him, Cody is quite inebriated and not holding back.
This situation is definitely not ideal for Drew’s campaign, especially with Ned looming over him, threatening to expose the dirt that private investigator Elaine has uncovered. If Ned goes public with this information, Drew won’t be able to dismiss Cody’s drunken claims as mere slander and the ramblings of a drunk!
GH Spoilers: Unwelcome Visit
Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) makes another appearance at the stables, attempting to persuade an enraged Sasha that she needs her more than she realizes.
Sasha glares at her, clearly thinking that she needs her so-called mother like she needs a hole in the head! Just moments ago, she declared that this would be the last time they would ever meet, insisting that Holly was dead to her.
Now, Holly is trying to convince her that she requires her protection, especially after discovering that Jenz Sidwell (Carlos Rota) is after her.
If only Holly hadn’t orchestrated the breakup between Sasha and Cody, she would have had protection—and the added benefit of being close to a law enforcement family.
General Hospital Spoilers: Lucky Spencer Checks In
Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) has returned to General Hospital after a brief absence following his persuasion of Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) to perform surgery on Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins).
He finds himself puzzled that no one seems to be inquiring about his whereabouts during the transplant. Most likely, he’s having a conversation with their mother, Laura Collins (Genie Francis).
While everyone eagerly awaited updates on both Sam and Lulu, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) shared the good news that Sam had come through the procedure successfully. However, there’s been no word on Lulu, prompting Laura to ask, “How is Lulu?”
GH Spoilers: Successful Surgery
Sam has just come out of surgery and is slowly regaining consciousness, while Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) is eagerly waiting to present her with an exciting surprise.
As Sam struggles to shake off the grogginess, Dante pops the question, holding a stunning engagement ring in a box. Though she gazes up at him, her strength is clearly fading, but nonetheless, she’ll likely say yes.
She might ponder how he managed to buy such an extravagant ring on a police officer’s paycheck, but it’s probably not a thought she’ll voice right now.
