When it comes to The Young and the Restless star Courtney Hope, there’s no doubt that fans are just as interested in her personal life as they are in her character Sally Spectra on the hit CBS soap.
The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Why Is Courtney Hope So Controversial?
In fact, it almost seems like Courtney makes headlines on an almost daily basis for the things that she says, does, or even for the people that she dates.
She also seems to be a very controversial figure in the daytime television world.
There’s been a lot of speculation about whether or not she’s going to stay in this fictional town of Genoa City or if she’s going to go back to The Bold and the Beautiful.
Back in September, Courtney set the record straight about her status on the show. When one of Courtney’s fans had suggested that there were rumors about her possibly leaving The Young and the Restless, the actress was very quick about setting the record straight.
She told her fans in the comments section that she’s not going anywhere, anytime soon.
Meanwhile, Courtney, who is often very honest and open with her fans, took to her social media account to express exactly how she feels about turning 35 this year.
The Young and the Restless Spoilers: What’s Next For Courtney Hope?
The actress made it no secret that she’s certainly learned a lot of lessons these last twelve months and didn’t mind sharing them with her fans.
The stunning beauty wrote, “I used to live my life needing something to look forward to, even a good meal at the end of the day- always looking ahead and couldn’t wait until something happened. I was searching for fulfillment, adventure and validation outside of myself instead of the present moment.”
Earlier this summer, Courtney also admitted that she’s entering a new phase in her life.
She reflected in an Instagram post, “I was never going to say anything about the low moments of the last half decade of my life, mostly because I was just trying to keep my head above water and sometimes didn’t even know which way was up.”
“But I’ve painfully seen many people have similar experiences: friends, friends of friends, and in the world at large (a gut wrenching and shocking amount quite frankly), so I decided to share a bit of what I’ve learned through my triumph over betrayal and deep heartache… in hopes that maybe my healing can comfort someone else along their journey.”
