Grace Buckingham’s Testing
B&B spoilers for Friday, October 4 reveal that one of the heart specialists that Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) suggested was Grace. So, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) made Taylor an urgent appointment with the cardiologist.
Grace conducted an enzyme test on Taylor. Grace was checking for a particular enzyme that is only released after a heart attack. While Taylor assumed what the test would say, she was surprised by Grace’s conclusion.
B&B Spoilers: Taylor Hayes Skeptical
On Friday, October 4, Grace will tell Ridge and Taylor about the simple blood test. The results aren’t at all what Taylor expects. The test shows that Taylor has not had a heart attack.
It also indicates that Taylor isn’t dying of heart failure. So, what is causing Taylor’s symptoms? Grace believes that stress and heartache are giving Taylor “Broken Heart Syndrome.”
It is teased that Taylor will be skeptical of her new diagnosis.
Ridge Forrester’s Guilt
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Friday, October 4 reveal that Ridge will be stunned when he hears the new diagnosis. After processing it, Ridge could go through some guilt.
Broken Heart Syndrome is a real medical diagnosis, but Ridge could blame himself. Ridge might believe he is the reason why Taylor is suffering.
Even though Ridge and Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) are committed to each other, could Taylor’s diagnosis complicate things?

On Friday, October 4, fans will also see Brooke discover the truth about Katie’s hesitancy to reunite. Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) attempted to reunite with Katie, but she once again rejected him.
Katie told Bill that it’s because of Brooke and it’s just happened too many times. When Bill explains this to Brooke, she will feel guilty.
Brooke might make it her mission to convince Katie to give Bill another chance. However, Brooke has done this before, only to end up lip locked with Katie’s man!
So, what happens now? Will Brooke try to reunite BATIE? Could Taylor’s diagnosis push Brooke back into Bill’s orbit? Or are there other twists up ahead?
