If you’re looking to tune in for yet another debate, we’ve got good news for you: it’s coming.
When Is The JD Vance And Tim Walz Debate?
Now that the Donald Trump and Kamala Harris ABC News debate is behind us, a lot of people can’t help but wonder when the JD Vance and Tim Walz debate will be on national television.
Don’t worry folks, because it’s going to happen sooner rather than later.
According to reports, the 2024 United States vice presidential debate will be on Tuesday, October 1 at 9pm EST and is expected to last until 10:30pm. The debate will take place in New York City and will be hosted by CBS News.
Both Walz and Vance have been controversial figures in the political world these last several weeks.
Back in August, Kamala Harris’ running mate, Tim Walz, said that he would only debate his opponent, JD Vance, at a debate if he gets “off the couch.”
As many readers probably know by now, there was social media speculation suggesting JD might have had sexual relations with a couch, which are rumors that have proven to be unfounded.
Walz said, “I can’t wait to debate the guy. That is, if he’s willing to get off the couch and show up.
Meanwhile, Donald Trump’s running mate was recently asked about what he would do about the rising cost of child care. It’s certainly been an issue for a lot of families that have both parents working full-time.
The Vice Presidential Candidates Square Off
JD’s answer was a simple put controversial one, as he said that the best thing to do would be to get “grandpa and grandma” to watch the kids.
JD put it this way, “One of the ways you might be able to relieve a little bit of the pressure on people who are paying so much for daycare is maybe make it so… grandma and grandpa wants to help out a little bit more, or maybe there’s an aunt or uncle who wants to help out a little bit more.”
