General Hospital Star Steve Burton Capitalizing On Kelly Monaco’s Firing?
In a rather odd move, Kelly’s General Hospital co-stars Bradford Anderson and Steve Burton took to their Daily Drama podcast to address Kelly Monaco’s firing.
Both actors said that they did not know what was going on behind the scenes because they are currently taking a break from the soap. However, both seemed to be rather dismayed and disappointed with the news.
That said, a lot of fans couldn’t help but notice that Steve and Bradford were trying to capitalize on Kelly’s unfortunate news by having people tune in to their podcast.
Because if they don’t know the details of what’s going on, what’s the point of even gossiping about a co-star getting fired on your show?
Of course, many General Hospital fans and critics alike had a lot to say about the matter on social media.
General Hospital News: What’s Next For Kelly Monaco?
Some even commented with, “I have a feeling there is way more to this story than we will ever know. Haven’t cared for what they did with her character in years. She’s beautiful and talented, she will do great things elsewhere.”
Another critic wrote, “They know… they just ain’t talking. Her co-stars should advocate for her. This just basically means we have NDAs and can’t say anything.”
And then there was this comment as well: “Baloney. They don’t want to speak. You cannot tell me they all haven’t spoken. No one is saying anything. They were all under a gag order.”

I love Valentine. He adds romance, humor, class, intrigue and intelligence to GH. I hope there is a way for him to wiggle out of his charges and stay in PC. His crimes and indiscretions are no greater than Sonnys, Alexis, Anna, Jordan, Ava, Jason, Sam, Cyrus,. And they’re still here. Just saying. We’ve lost and are still losing way to many important charecters. Additionally, Charlotte will need him to help her navigate having Lulu back in her life.

Of course they’re gonna talk about KM’s firing. Even if it’s just a mention. Why?? Because of they don’t, everyone’s gonna be like..Why haven’t you said anything about them firing KM? You didn’t even have enough respect for her to mention it!
What I see is the writer of this article using KM firing to THEIR advantage by pointing the finger at two innocent people who loves KM on order to get people to read their their rediculas baseless dripple.

You’re absolutly right Nancy. I’m still flabbergasted. GH has made some mind boggling personnel decisions lately… I watched the first GH and still watching. But I’m afraid our beloved GH is getting closer to extinction due to awful writing and very very long drawn out boring story lines…
Oh give me a break!! Some of you people are just constantly looking for some reason to complain about, or trash or blame another actor/actors when another is let go. Maybe there is an NDA. Big deal. It’s nothing unusual. But IF they had said nothing, you’d be bit ching and moaning cause they didn’t care enough to mention it. She’s been a huge part of GH, and of both their storylines for years. So, of course they’d mention it and voice their disappointment over it. 🙄🙄

The writers did not give Kelly a good script, they changed her…..Fire the writers!!!!! and I do not remember LULU having a girl only a boy!!!!!!
