Finn told Steffy that it had something to do with sugar. Little did she know it had nothing to do with sweets or sweet loving. Steffy loved seeing this side of Finn. She asked him to share what happened.
Finn shared the news that she didn’t kill his mom that night. Steffy murdered a woman named Sugar (Kimberlin Brown) who went after their family. Sugar nearly left Sheila for dead in a warehouse.

According to The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers, Steffy could face murder charges. She killed an innocent woman, even if that woman wanted to pin this attack on Sheila. This was brought up on the SoapCentral.com Message Boards.
