The Bold and The Beautiful spoilers and updates tease John “Finn” Finnegan’s (Tanner Novlan) hallucinations become Steffy Forrester Finnegan’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) nightmares. Finn keeps hallucinating Sheila Carter’s (Kimberlin Brown) dead body when he’s trying to reconnect with his wife in bed!
The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers: He Can’t Get It Out Of His Head
Finn can’t seem to get the sight of that blood soaked rug out of his head, or Sheila’s body-he had secretly viewed the body himself in the morgue.
He did this when he spoke to the morgue personnel in person to set up for Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) to pay his last respects. Finn didn’t want his mother, Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) to know he went to visit Sheila as well, he knew what her reaction would be.
They had quite a bad argument and he got zero support from his adoptive mother concerning his grief for his birth mother. Finn continues to have a conflicted and tortured experience reconciling that his wife killed his mother, even if it was in self-defense.
B & B Spoilers: He Comes Back Home
Finn spent a couple of nights at the hospital, because he couldn’t handle being at home with the blood soaked rug-but now it’s been cleaned. Funeral arrangements haven’t been discussed, especially since Finn knows he has half-siblings but not who they are or where they are.
Sheila had said none of her other children wanted anything to do with her when she was alive-Deacon will probably take care of any arrangements since he was closest to her.
Out of everyone, Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) has been the most sympathetic and understanding, and for that he is grateful; she has been a very good friend. Finn finally feels like he can handle coming home, and so he did, but things are still tense between himself and Steffy, although they are speaking.
The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers: Major Problems
Finn finds he has major problems the first night at home—he keeps hallucinating Sheila’s body every time he looks at Steffy beside him!
He has to move to the couch to sleep and even then he continues to have waking nightmares-in his rational mind, none of this makes any sense. To Steffy, it makes even less sense-of course he doesn’t tell her he keeps seeing her as Sheila’s body, that would drive her away.
She keeps maintaining it was self-defense and even though Finn believes her, he can’t get her attacking Sheila at Deacon’s and telling her she wanted her dead out of his mind. Finn doesn’t want to think that his wife is a killer, and she claims not to be, but to be honest, he’s trying to fight off suspicions.
