General Hospital spoilers and updates tease in this week’s Sneak Peek, a concerned Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) checks in on Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton). Albeit a little late, after he’s already given his testimony at his malpractice trial, but she’s there.
General Hospital Spoilers: Sam McCall Found Some Interesting Intel
Previous to court being called, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) found some interesting intel about the Muldoon family that could affect the outcome of the case.
It turns out that Dennis Muldoon (uncast) and his wife Mrs. Muldoon (Annie Tedesco) were in bankruptcy after losing money when the Aurora Media-ELQ merger failed.
Martin Gray (Michael E. Knight) then asked opposing counsel Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) if he could add another witness, likely Sam so she could present her findings.
The promo opens after Finn has already testified and Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) has arrived late; she’s standing in front of a back bench with Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison).
Martin, Finn, and Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) are standing behind the counsel table watching Mrs. Muldoon talk to Diane outside in the hall.
GH Spoilers: Tracy Quartermaine Notes The Court Is In Recess
Tracy notes the court is in recess, and Finn finishes her sentence and says she, meaning Diane, has rested her case-Tracy says so you’re up next.
Finn clarifies, saying no, no, she-meaning Diane-already called him as a witness; my time on the stand is done-it turns out Tracy isn’t the only one running late.
Alexis comes running in and apologizes for being late and asks Finn how’d it go-Tracy interrupts, saying Finn just told them he’d been called as a witness by the plaintiff. Alexis wants more details, and says “and”-Finn says “woo”, expressing relief, Alexis says that’s good.
General Hospital Spoilers: Elizabeth Baldwin Explains
Then Elizabeth jumps into the conversation and explains it was bumpy, but Sam may have saved the day-Alexis asks “Sam-where is she”-Martin says she’s out chasing down more information.
Alexis wants more details, asking what the information is pertaining to, and Finn explains that Muldoon had been seeing an oncologist for months before he ever came to see him.
That seems strange to Alexis, as well as everyone else-she asks how an oncologist would miss stage four cancer, and Gregory says he didn’t.
Everyone’s suspicion is that Finn was set up-that Muldoon already knew he had cancer and he and General Hospital were targeted for a malpractice suit. Sam is likely trying to track down the oncologist in question and planning to subpoena the medical records.
