General Hospital spoilers say that fans have some serious questions for the casting department. That’s because a lot of people seem to be very unhappy with what they are seeing on the canvas lately. Keep reading below for the latest scoop.
General Hospital Spoilers: Fans Have Some Serious Questions For The Casting Department
While many General Hospital fans have pointed out that actress Brooke Anne Smith seems to be much older than her character Molly, others have noticed that she seems act, look, sound, and even dress much differently than what viewers are used to seeing for the young Davis sister. Are the writers looking to take Molly into a different direction or is something just off?
Of course, many General Hospital fans have expressed their dismay over this new recast and have taken to social media to comment on it, too. Some have said, “If Haley’s gone, they should’ve just kept the temp Molly cause at least she LOOKED younger than Sam/Krissy. This Molly looks old enough to be cast as Kristina Sr., ALEXIS’S SISTER, or Sonny’s new incubator. They’ve destroyed the Davis girls,” along with, “Seriously, what is going on with the casting department? She’s so unsuited to this role. Molly is a mid-twenties ADA. They should have pulled the plug on this story and written Molly off for a while. Nothing about this is working.”
Another critic wrote, “I always thought GH previously did a good job with casting finding people who at least resemble the former actor. She looks like a cross between Sasha, Lucy, and Esme. That aside, since when does Molly dress like that. Oh she’s terrible and way too old.”
General Hospital Spoilers: What’s Next For Molly?
Now, as far as how long Brooke Anne Smith will end up on General Hospital is anyone’s guess. But it’s safe to say that no one seems to be happy with how the producers and the casting department have treated Molly.
