The Young and the Restless spoilers say that this might be one of the most heartbreaking scenes that we’ve seen played out in Genoa City in a very long time. In fact, a lot of viewers were moved to tears when Sally Spectra had asked to see her baby soon after she had lost her little girl. Here’s what you need to know.
The Young and the Restless Spoilers: This Scene Brought Viewers To Tears
As many fans know by now, Sally was rushed to the hospital after experiencing excruciating pain. Unfortunately, there was no way that both she and her baby were going to survive. It was a tough choice to make, but ultimately, the doctors believe that the right one was made. But of course Sally blames Adam Newman for not saving their daughter.
Many The Young and the Restless fans did have a lot to say about the moment when Sally had asked to see her child. Some have taken to Twitter to comment on it with, “I have not cried so much as I did yesterday & today with Adam & Sally, Nick & Sharon faith! Oh smokes. Sally called nurse to ask to see her baby. I can’t imagine that the doctor will let her. Yikes,” along with, “I had been shedding tears, even knowing this was fictional, then when she push that button and said “I would like to see my Baby now, if that’s okay. My oh My, the water falls begin and ended shortly after.”
The Young and the Restless Spoilers: What’s Next For Sally Spectra?
Another fan wrote, “She’ll have a mental breakdown, carry a blanket around like a baby and probably kidnap Mariah’s baby – something around the same storyline Ashley had when she lost her and Victors baby Robert.”
Clearly, there is still a lot that is going to happen next as there’s a very good chance that it will take a long time for Sally to get over this pain. That, and the next few weeks won’t be easy on Adam Newman, either.
