Now this is what you call bumpin’ although one is definitely not like the other. The Young and the Restless stars Courtney Hope (Sally Spectra) and Melissa Claire Egan (Chelsea Newman) recently showed off their ‘baby bumps’ on Twitter. However, Courteney’s is the prosthetic kind while Melissa’s is most definitely real! Keep reading below for everything you need to know.
The Young and the Restless News: See Sally Spectra’s Baby Bump!
As many fans probably already know, Melissa is currently expecting her second child. She and her husband Matt Katrosar already have one son, Caden. Courtney, meanwhile, is pregnant because her character Sally Spectra is expecting a baby with Adam Newman (who also happens to be her real life partner, Mark Grossman). Melissa captioned the adorable photo with, “One real bump, one fake bump!”
And while both ladies looked awfully cute with their bumps and their smiles, many The Young and the Restless fans commented on the photo with, “You both look absolutely gorgeous! Love your dresses and love you both! Both look fantastic and so cute pregnant! (Real or not) So much cuter than I ever was all 6 times!” along with, “You both look beautiful and you are rocking those boots, too!”
Melissa shared her exciting pregnancy news back on February 18th. Sharing a photo of her growing baby bump along with her son Caden, the proud mama wrote, “Looks like we’re just destined to have August babies! So grateful and excited to be adding another cub to our family of Leo baby boys. Caden’s gonna be a big brother!”
The Young and the Restless News: Melissa Has A Baby On The Way
In 2021, Melissa also took to her Instagram account and admitted that her journey to motherhood sure wasn’t an easy one. That’s because she had suffered a few miscarriages. She wrote then, “As happy as we are, the journey to get here has been filled with lots of tears, stress, sadness, helplessness, hopelessness, and 2 miscarriages. To anyone going through this process or any kind of fertility issues, I feel you, I see you, you’re not alone.
