General Hospital spoilers reveal Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is worried sick that she won’t have her daughter, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), with her for much longer. Their relationship couldn’t be more strained, but Nina is hoping that time can mend the wounds she and Willow have inflicted upon one another. That’s no small feat, though, considering that Willow is battling a terminal illness that keeps trying to take her out. Soon, Willow is going to face another setback, and it just might derail all of the hopes her family had that the transplant could save her life and turn this horrific nightmare around.
General Hospital Spoilers — Nina is All Alone
Nina has been barely scraping by getting through the emotional upset of this whole ordeal. Having her beau, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), in her corner was helping for a while, but now he has his own fires to put out and it’s keeping him away from her. Normally, Nina would have the support of her aunt, Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati), but Liesl is also dealing with her own tortured soul as she grieves the loss of her own daughter, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud).
Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) is quietly dealing with the fact that she tried to kill her ex-husband, Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss). So, Nina has been feeling like she’s in this more or less by herself, while Willow and Michael are comforted by the rest of their extensive family that she isn’t a part of.
GH Spoilers Hint Liesl Goes Off the Rails
Liesl may not have been of great emotional support to Nina as of late, but she is still a miracle worker for pulling through and becoming the bone marrow donor Willow needed to save her life. The ups and downs that this family has gone through just to get to a place of being able to receive this transplant are enough to take the wind out of anyone’s sails.
Liesl was already dealing with the trauma of losing Britt in such an unexpected way. Then she found out her beloved Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) helped Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) secure immunity for her role in keeping Esme Prince (Avery Kirsten Pohl) as a hostage, which Liesl believes contributed to the police not finding Heather Webber (Alley Mills) before she could hook Britt. Now, Liesl is going to find out the full truth about what happened the night her daughter died, and she won’t be able to handle anything else.
General Hospital Spoilers — Willow Could Pay Dearly
When Liesl learns that the life Britt saved by trading her own was that of Josslyn ‘Joss’ Jacks (Eden McCoy), she’s going to crumble. The way she sees it, the world is too cruel to keep going. How is it that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and her family keep landing on top while everyone else seems to suffer? As Liesl starts to come undone, she may not be in shape for donating her bone marrow after all, and it will be Willow and her loved ones — including Nina — who end up paying for it. Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers just ahead to see how this plays out.
